Create a life that feels good on the inside, not just one that looks good on the outside

Life can feel messy, overwhelming, and uncertain at times — even when things look fine from the outside. Emotional wellbeing isn’t only something we tend to in moments of crisis; it’s part of how we stay grounded, connected, and able to move through life with more ease.

I offer thoughtful, active therapy for people who feel disconnected from themselves or their lives, often during periods of transition, and who want support that helps them move forward — not just talk in circles.

Much of my work centres on women’s experiences, particularly around pregnancy, motherhood, midlife, relationships, and identity. I also work with individuals and couples who recognise themselves in these themes and feel ready to engage meaningfully in change.

Wherever you find yourself on the mental health spectrum, therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and gently challenging. Together, we work toward greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a stronger sense of self — so that life feels more manageable and more your own.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist offering psychological assessment and therapy for a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Because feeling better doesn’t happen by accident — but it is possible, with the right support.

You might be here because…

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You might recognise yourself in one or more of these:

  • You feel disconnected from yourself, or from the life you’re living

  • You’re navigating a period of transition — pregnancy, early parenthood, midlife, relationship change, relocation

  • You feel not enough, unseen, or misunderstood, even when things appear fine on the surface

  • Past experiences or trauma are still shaping how you feel, cope, or relate to others

  • You’re living between cultures and struggling with identity, belonging, or feeling at home

  • You want therapy that is thoughtful and active — not just a place to talk, but a space for real change

My room is a space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention

I offer a grounded, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy, supporting people to develop greater self-awareness and make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable — both individually and in relationships.

Much of my work centres on women’s mental health, particularly around pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period, perimenopause, and menopause. I also work with individuals and couples facing anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, work-related stress, and major life transitions.

My work is trauma-informed and integrative, combining careful listening with practical, evidence-based approaches. Above all, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and gently supported toward change — especially during seasons of life that can feel overwhelming or uncertain.

PHILOSOPHY

I don’t believe in practicing from a distance and bring my real self into my work in an accessible and open way. I am wholeheartedly invested in the people I work with and believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative process. I strive to maintain the most engaging, effective and ethically sound practice possible. The heart of my philosophy is reflected in the ten principles of my practice below.
